Senior General Manager - Stunning Michelin Restaurant - East London - £80k + Bonus We are looking for a charismatic Senior General Manager for a stunning, Michelin-starred Restaurant in the heart of East London. The buzzing venue has an incredible Modern Mediterranean menu, extensive wine list and impeccable service, catering for a very discerning clientele. This iconic restaurant serves incredible food with a focus on impeccable produce, created in a state of the art kitchen, with traditional methods.
With further sites planned this is an opportunity for an ambitious GM at the top of their game.
We are looking for a strong leader that has proven experience in high volume, Michelin/Fine-dining environments and knows what it takes to excel in these places.
Senior General Manager - Venue : - 200-300 covers a day (net £100k weekly) - Busy, high volume with character - not stuffy and formal - Part of a very successful and growing company
Senior General Manager - Rewards:
- £80k - £85k + bonus - Excellent group benefits - Huge progression opportunities
Senior General Manager - Experience:
- Michelin experience preferred - Someone who likes to be on the floor and engaging guests - Charismatic, stylish and a strong leader We are looking for an experienced operator with a proven background in exceptional restaurants and award-winning venues
