The Role

As a Senior Freight Forwarder, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end shipments, supporting junior team members, and ensuring high levels of service delivery across international freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage import shipments across air and sea freight from start to finish Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, and hauliers Handle all relevant documentation including customs entries and compliance Provide accurate quotations and support pricing requests Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently Support and mentor junior team members where required
