Mode Search is currently partnered with a high-growth apparel and fashion brand. As the business continues to scale internationally, they are looking to appoint a Senior Franchise Manager to support the expansion and performance of their wholesale and franchise network across key global markets.


This role will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, strengthening partner relationships, and maintaining brand consistency as the business enters its next phase of international development.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive commercial growth across an established and evolving wholesale and franchise portfolio, identifying new revenue opportunities and priority territories
  • Develop and deliver long-term growth strategies that enhance brand presence, market penetration and partner performance
  • Act as a strategic partner to franchisees, supporting store optimisation, local market execution and customer engagement initiatives
  • Provide hands-on guidance across trading, forecasting and localised marketing activity to strengthen partner capability
  • Lead the onboarding and development of new partners, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand experience from launch onward
  • Track, analyse and interpret commercial performance, using insight to influence decisions and unlock incremental growth
  • Work collaboratively with partners to improve profitability and operational effectiveness
  • Lead high-impact commercial initiatives including new store launches, market expansions and seasonal brand activations
  • Oversee project planning, timelines and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, merchandising, finance, supply chain and visual presentation
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and seamless execution
  • Support international market entry through location assessment, launch planning and post-opening performance review


Requirements


  • Proven experience in wholesale and/or franchise management within fashion, apparel, sports or lifestyle brands
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of retail operations, store performance and customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow partner relationships across multiple markets
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate and build credibility at senior partner level
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insight
  • Comfortable operating in a scaling, high-growth business with evolving structures
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
