Senior FP&A Manager - Immediate Start

We are partnering with aleading PE Backed firmto hire a Senior FP&A Manager on a 1 month or less notice. This is a high-impact role, supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business lines and entities.
You will work closely with the CFO and executive leadership to provide actionable insights, streamline planning processes, and enhance reporting across the Group. This is an opportunity to shape financial planning practices in a multi-P&L, multi-currency environment while developing a high-performing FP&A function.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Business Insight
Act as a key partner to the CFO and leadership team, providing insights to support business decisions
Think commercially and strategically, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks across the business
Deputise for CFO with internal and external stakeholders when required
FP&A Leadership & Process Management
Lead Group-level FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Strengthen and standardise FP&A practices across all business lines and jurisdictions
Own and maintain long-term and short-term planning models, as well as Group Equity and Debt models
Deliver performance analysis, monthly Board packs, and other key management reporting
Reporting & Decision Support
Drive improvements in reporting accuracy, predictability, and timeliness
Develop tools and dashboards to enhance visibility into product, project, and service margins
Lead pricing vs volume analysis and direct revenue analysts across the business
Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Build trust and strong working relationships across finance and wider business teams
Candidate Profile
Available in a maximum of 1 month's notice
Qualified accountant with current technical knowledge or strong academic background
Proven FP&A experience in recurring revenue business models (services, SaaS)
Strong financial modelling skills and Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, scenario modelling)
Commercial mindset with excellent analytical skills
Credibility and confidence to work with executive and senior management
Exposure to private equity environments
