A well-known international Hotel Group, operating at scale across Europe is seeking a high‑performing FP&A Senior Analyst to join its commercial finance team.


Known for its strong brands, pace, and complexity, the organisation offers significant exposure and the opportunity to influence senior decision‑making.


This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with commercial leaders and owning key elements of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across a sizeable cost base.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles for commercial functions
  • Producing monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, and clear commentary on performance drivers
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities
  • Monitoring cost performance and supporting cost‑efficiency across multiple entities
  • Presenting financial insights and recommendations to commercial leadership to support informed decision‑making
