About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Fleet Procurement Manager, to effectively build and maintain good working relationships with vehicle manufacturers and Support the Negotiation of New Fleet Agreements, This is a key Role in ensuring we provide a cost effective and industry leading range of vehicles for the UK Business.
After a period of initial training, the role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a flexible combination of remote working, attend external meetings and at least 1 day a week in our Leicester Head Office

Main duties:
- Develop and manage relationships with key vehicle suppliers
- Support negotiation of annual and adhoc vehicle supply agreements
- Control and administer central Fleet Procurement data files and paperwork
- Maintain contracts and agreements
- Circulate important fleet information across the business
- Provide support to wider areas of the business such as Sales, RCM, Operations, Finance etc
- Represent Fleet in internal project teams and contribute to key business decisions
- Support all Europcar Mobility Group business units and effectively account manage
Key skills and attributes required:
- Motivated self-starter
- Strategic thinking
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Maintain confidential information
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good IT Skills, including data entry and Excel.
- Knowledge and interest in cars would be an advantage.
- Full clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience
- CIPS Level 4 qualification would ideal but not essential
