As Assistant Store Manager of our flagship, you’ll be at the heart of one of the most exciting retail environments in the UK. You’ll support the Store Manager in driving performance, shaping the customer experience, and leading a large, dynamic team.
This isn’t a typical Assistant Manager role — it’s a platform. A launchpad. A chance to operate at a senior level, with exposure to directors and leaders who regularly visit the store to see what “best in class” looks like.
About You
You’re not just passionate about retail and product — you live and breathe it. You understand what exceptional service looks like, and you know how to inspire a team to deliver it consistently.
You’ll bring:
Proven leadership experience in fashion retail
A track record of driving service standards and team performance
Confidence operating in a high‑profile, fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
A customer‑obsessed mindset with a sharp eye for detail
The ambition to grow into a senior leadership role
Ideal for candidates currently working as: Store Management especially those ready for a bigger stage.
You’ll be responsible for:
Delivering a world‑class customer experience that sets the benchmark for the entire estate
Leading, inspiring, and developing a high‑performing team
Owning key operational and commercial responsibilities
Acting as Store Manager when required, confidently stepping into full leadership
Driving innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement
Representing the store during senior leadership visits and brand partner walk‑throughs
We’ll invest heavily in your development, offering structured training, regular coaching, and opportunities to progress into senior management. Many of our leaders started exactly where you are now.
