AsweexpandintotheSouthWest,wereofferingexperiencedengineersthechancetoshapeourfutureintheregion.

TheRole: AsaSeniorFireandSecuritySystemsEngineer,youllworkacrossamixofinstallations,servicing,andcustomersitetakeovers.Youmaybeinstallingafirepanelonedayandsurveyinganewcustomersiteorproducingquotesthenext.Youllmanageyourowndiary,bookingworkdirectlywithcustomersandenjoyinggenuineflexibility.

TheroleisMondaytoFriday,8am5pm,withoccasionalon-callandout-of-hourswork.YoullprimarilycovertheSwindon(SN)area,withoccasionalnearbytravelfornationalaccounts.Youlltakeyourcompanyvanhomeandworkindependently,supportedbytheBranchDirector,widerJacksonnetwork,andHeadOfficeSupportTeam.

KeyResponsibilities: Carryoutsitesurveysandvisitstogeneratequotesfornewandexistingcustomers.

Install,commission,service,andmaintainfireandsecuritysystems,includingfirealarms,emergencylighting,fireextinguishers,firedoors,intruderalarms,CCTV,andaccesscontrol.

Deliverinstallationprojectsfromfirstfixthroughtocommissioning,includingupgradesandsystemexpansions.

Completeroutineandreactiveservicing,fault-finding,andrepairstoahighstandard.

Undertakefullservicetakeoversfornewcustomers,includingtesting,certification,anddocumentation.

Manageyourownworkloadanddiary,coordinatinginstallations,servicevisits,andsurveysdirectlywithcustomers.

Maintainhighlevelsofcustomerserviceandprofessionalismatalltimes.

EnsureallworkscomplywithNSIGoldstandards,BritishStandards,andlegislativerequirements.

Accuratelycompletealldocumentationandreportsusingcompanysystems.

Participateinanon-callrotaandattendoccasionalout-of-hourscall-outs.

RepresenttheJacksonbrandandsupportbusinessgrowthbyidentifyingadditionalopportunities.
