I’m recruiting for a financial planning business looking for a Senior Financial Services Administrator who can keep the wheels turning across reviews, new business, provider chasing, and day-to-day client support.


You’ll need to know your way around financial planning admin already.


This is not an entry-level role.


What you’ll do:


  • Prepare review packs
  • Manage LOAs
  • Chase providers
  • Process pensions, investments and protection business
  • Keep CRM records accurate
  • Support advisers and help keep client work moving


What you’ll need:


  • Experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm
  • Confidence handling end-to-end admin processes
  • Strong organisation and follow-up
  • Good working knowledge of pensions and investments
  • A calm, professional approach with clients and providers
  • Proper attention to detail
