From strategic forecasting to deep-dive analysis, your work will shape the future of our business, alongside a tight-knit, curious, and ambitious team of A-Players who lift each other up and continue to raise the bar.Your role includes the following:Lead the end-to-end financial forecasting process using tools like Google Suite, Excel, Essbase and PBCSBuild, maintain, and update forecasting models with actuals and prior versions to drive accurate planningDevelop and manage financial reports, dashboards, and performance KPIs for senior leadershipConduct in-depth financial analysis to support investment decisions and strategic initiativesEnsure data integrity through validated uploads, version control, and streamlined data flowsImprove system integrations across Excel, Google Sheets, Oracle/NetSuite, and financial platformsIdentify and implement process automation to scale FP&A operations and reporting capabilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, IT, the Angi US FP&A and Systems team, and other departments to promote transparency, alignment, and global consistency in financial processes and insightsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3+ years of finance experience, including 1+ years in investment banking, consulting, professional services or similarStrong analytical, financial modelling, and data analysis skillsAdvanced skills in Excel and Google SuiteExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong command of the English languageSelf-motivated, independent, and detail-orientedNice-to-HaveExperience with financial systems: Essbase, PBCS, Oracle, NetSuiteKnowledge of financial statement analysis and forecasting techniquesExperience working in remote or distributed teamsFamiliarity with Looker, SQL, or other BI toolsWhy you’ll enjoy working at the Instapro GroupYou can make an impact.
