The key purpose of the role is to act as a key business partner, providing critical financial insights and driving strategic decision making, as well as providing support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the group of companies. Responsibilities: Partner with executives to understand priorities, provide tailored financial insight, and guide strategic decisions. Own monthly reporting for the Executive Team and Board, delivering clear KPI, variance, and trend analysis. Lead budgeting & forecasting, challenging assumptions and tracking performance against targets. Streamline FP&A processes, using tools and best practice to improve efficiency and insight.
