Our Team The purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing intra-day workflow and daily performance for various teams within Financial Crime Operations. The role is part of the Central Function within Financial Crime Operations and will aim to maintain and improve workflow and ensure SLA’s are met, however staff will also be involved with other senior investigator tasks such as performance management and coaching and development of staff.
What you’ll be doing
Effectively delivering 1st Line Financial Crime activities and processes within quality and performance objectives, ensuring a service delivery which enhances the customer experience and ensures we operate within regulatory & policy requirements.
Be a Subject Matter Expert in Financial Crime processes and procedures and actively contribute to keeping these up to date and policy compliant and perform annual reviews of processes and procedures.
Assisting Financial Crime Managers with documented changes to Financial Crime procedures for systems and controls, policy changes and training to FC colleagues.
Utilising full end-to-end CiQ platform and best practice processes (planning, loading, verification etc)
Weekly and monthly MI production from CiQ and reporting into FC management team
Working closely with FC management team to design and build effective workflows
We need you to have
Previous experience working in a workflow role.
Positive, organised, and confident behaviours.
A keen eye for detail.
Confidence and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and respond to questions.
The ability to present to colleagues both in person and remotely to a variety of development levels.
The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
It’s a bonus if you have…but not essential
Experience of working within a financial crime environment.
Relevant ICA qualification or willingness to work towards this.
