Youll partner closely with senior finance leaders and the Global Hub Business Services team, influencing decision-making through high-quality analysis, robust reporting, and forward-looking financial planning. What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver accurate and insightful financial and sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and group requirements

• Provide detailed analysis and commentary to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes

• Act as a key partner to finance and business stakeholders, supporting decision-making through commercial and financial insight

• Contribute to governance and control activities, including audit support, reconciliations, and compliance processes

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance processes, systems, and ways of working across the finance function

Who you are

• Youre confident working with complex financial data, using your analytical skills to interpret trends and provide clear, actionable insights

• Youre comfortable partnering with stakeholders at different levels, building strong relationships and communicating financial information in a clear and engaging way

• You have experience working with systems such as ERP platforms (e.g. SAP or E1) and reporting tools, and youre confident using Excel and similar tools to analyse and present data

• You thrive in environments where you can influence, collaborate, and contribute to continuous improvement

• You approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and are comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity while maintaining high standards of accuracy and control
