Senior Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy & Finance Division Location: Belfast City Centre We are looking for an experienced recruiter to run a 360° recruitment desk, delivering premium talent solutions to clients in the Northern Ireland market. Responsibilities
Candidate management: Source top talent, guide them through the recruitment process, build a pipeline of candidates and ensure a positive experience from initial contact to placement. Building rapport: Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients. Generating leads: Cold‑call potential clients, generate business leads, and tailor recruitment solutions to their needs. Recruitment management: Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and handle the offer process.

Requirements
Experience as a 360‑recruitment consultant with a proven track record. Proven ability to generate own leads. Thrives in a competitive environment and handles high‑pressure situations effectively. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment cycle. Demonstrates hard work and successful teamwork. Resilient and able to recover from setbacks.
