A growing and fast-paced organisation is seeking a dynamic Senior Group Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
This senior position is central to ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the finance function, including financial reporting, analysis, and partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the production of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and challenging results where necessary.
* Monitor and analyse daily and monthly cashflow.
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling for both the wider business and individual projects.
* Act as a finance business partner to teams across the organisation.
* Identify and implement process and reporting improvements.
* Analyse performance data across all income streams and provide recommendations to maximise profitability.
* Model and assess the financial impact of new business opportunities.
* Conduct sensitivity analysis on group profitability, highlighting areas of opportunity or concern.
* Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
