Regional Finance Manager Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a market leading business based near Chester to recruit a Regional Finance Manager into the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial efficiency, supporting operational performance, and providing strong financial leadership across the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planningOwn the month-end close process and act as the primary liaison with Group financeLead and develop the finance team, overseeing all financial and payroll activitiesPrepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports to support business decision makingCoordinate statutory accounts, audits, and ensure timely tax and VAT complianceMaintain robust financial systems, controls, and processes, acting as the local lead for the accounting systemEnsure full compliance with accounting, fiscal, and regulatory requirements across multiple legal entitiesOversee designated accounting processes and manage a specialised operational support teamPartner closely with operational leaders to identify efficiencies and improve performance - driving continuous process improvement and efficiencies.Act as company secretary for one or more entities.Skills Required:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedProven experience in a senior finance leadership roleStrong knowledge of statutory accounting, compliance, and governanceConfident communicator with the ability to influence at senior levelHands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environmentAny prior experience within manufacturing would be an advantageBenefits:Competitive salary dependent on experienceBonusCompany pension schemeHealth scheme and life assuranceSalary sacrifice schemeThis is a site-based role with some flexibility where required and occasional travel across the UK.JBRP1_UKTJ
