Overview We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager / Head of Finance to focus on inventory and cost management to maximize profitability and lead FP&A activities within a fast‑paced, multi‑national aerospace business. Responsibilities

Focus on inventory and cost control to maximize profitability Lead finance planning & analysis (FP&A) activities Oversee manufacturing/inventory costs, labour and overhead costing Maintain high levels of controls, internal audit, SOX and GAAP compliance

Qualifications

Experience as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance, or senior accountant seeking that next step Strong collaborative and teamwork orientation Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑national business with worldwide aerospace projects Excellent knowledge of controls, internal audit, SOX, GAAP

Location: Mansfield, Hucknell, Alfreton, Kirkby in Ashfield, Heanor, Ilkeston region (commutable) Salary range: £60,000 - £68,000; applicants seeking over £75,000 will not be considered
