As part of this continued focus, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering and continuously improving the group's ESG strategy. This Senior Finance Business Partner position is highly visible and offers genuine exposure across the organisation, including regular engagement at executive level with the CEO, CFO and Manufacturing Director. The role acts as the finance lead for ESG and non-financial reporting, taking ownership for the design, development and oversight of reporting frameworks, tools and systems to ensure accurate, consistent and meaningful KPI reporting across a global footprint. Combining strategic influence with a hands on approach, the Senior Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive governance, influence decision making and deliver insight, while remaining deeply involved in analytic's and financial modelling. For the successful candidate, this represents a rare opportunity to add value at both group and international level, while directly shaping how ESG performance is measured and embedded across the business.
