OverviewMitie Telecoms are leading providers of acquisition, design and construction (ADC) services, specialist managed services of temporary mobile infrastructure, and facilities maintenance for telecoms.We are looking for a Senior FBPSenior FBP to join the team on a 12mth FTC (may be extended or made perm), remote working but must be able to travel, we have offices in the Shard, London, Cheltenham, Manchester, Doncaster, Glasgow.What are the main role responsibilities of the Senior FBP?You will drive high-impact financial leadership as you take the lead on Business Partnering for the Business Unit, ensuring robust reporting and forward-looking planning across diverse revenue streams, including Direct Support Costs. Collaborating closely with Data teams, you'll guarantee that Project P&L performance aligns seamlessly with SAP and that any margin challenges are clearly articulated within contract packs. You'll also partner with the Commercial team to oversee the CVR process, delivering accurate, deadline-driven cost and revenue reporting for month-end positions in SAP. Alongside this, you'll play a key role in developing talent by managing the performance and growth of a Senior Finance Business Partner.What are the key duties?Production of revised monthly contract packs including rolling forecast (WC tabs managed by Controller)Identify transactional/repetitive tasks for migration to FSS RTR team ASAP e.g CVR journal postingsEnsure all jnls input to SAP by required deadlines and Flash results explained for WD5Ensure FBP has clear objectives with timelines related to overall department development plansWork closely with new Commercial team leader to ensure WD3 CVR's are complete and accurate to allow basis for SAP postings - AI/DI.Ensure residual DSC analysis is explicitly by individual to allow for management review/planningWhat we are looking for?Strong experience in a senior Finance Business partnering with senior operational stakeholdersTeam Management experienceCIMA/ACCA/ICAEW qualifiedExperience in service based industry with revenue recognition focus.Ideally SAP ERP experienceIdeally some high volume Projects/site experience CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW qualifiedBenefitsOur market-leading offering provides you with benefits that suit your lifestyle.
