This role is the seat that both the line manager & the 'Head Of' both sat in before progressing! It's an excellent Lead role to oversee a team but without the technicalities of being responsible for appraisals, performance management etc This role will oversee & manage the teams workload & outputs - making it a fab stepping stone into a formal manager role!
