Senior Facilities Manager – Commercial Property | London


We’re currently working on behalf of a client to appoint an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to take responsibility for a high‑quality commercial property portfolio, primarily based in London with wider UK exposure.

This is a senior, hands‑on role suited to a facilities professional who is comfortable operating across hard and soft FM, managing compliance, contractors, and stakeholder relationships, while contributing to service charge performance and operational improvement.


Key areas of focus:

  • Oversight of day‑to‑day facilities operations across a multi‑asset commercial portfolio
  • Management of hard and soft FM service providers, KPIs and SLAs
  • Ownership of health & safety, statutory compliance and risk management
  • Input into service charge budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • Regular site inspections and proactive issue resolution
  • Close collaboration with property, asset and operations teams


Ideal background:

  • Strong experience in commercial facilities management (office / mixed‑use / retail)
  • Confident managing contractors and compliance frameworks
  • Commercially aware, solutions‑focused and comfortable operating autonomously
  • IOSH essential; NEBOSH and/or IWFM advantageous
