Senior Facilities Manager

As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be site based and oversee the hard and soft service delivery to the flagship building which is part a large public sector contract. You will manage a team of 9 people and oversee all specialist sub-contractors.
The Senior Facilities Manager will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise effectively, and make quick decisions as and when required. You must have a good understanding of hard and soft services; this is a full FM contract. In addition, you will monitor and ensure that your team is hitting their KPIs and SLAs in accordance with the contract.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8-10 years in the FM industry, hold an industry qualification, and have a passion for what they do.
