We are currently seeking a Senior Associate - Operational Resilience to join our Operational Resilience function on a permanent basis. This is an office-based role suited to a motivated professional with experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and third-party risk management within a regulated environment.
Candidates will be assessed on their knowledge and research of the role and job description , and those with hands-on experience in Business Continuity Planning, Vendor/Outsourcing Management, and Operational Risk will be given preference.

Role Overview

The role supports the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Operational Resilience framework. You will assist senior management in ensuring critical services remain resilient, identifying gaps in processes and controls, and embedding resilience practices across the organisation.
