The Role_// We're looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and support the Operating Group. This role sits at the centre of how our leadership team works, helping bring clarity, focus, and follow-through across a fast-moving, global environment.This is a high-trust partnership role. You'll work closely with the CEO to shape priorities, manage the flow of information, and ensure that discussions lead to clear actions and real progress. You'll play a key role in keeping the Operating Group aligned, accountable, and moving forward.You'll bring structure and calm to a distributed OG team across the UK and North America, stepping in where needed to unblock issues, connect people, and keep momentum. This role goes beyond support, it's about owning outcomes, using judgement, and helping the business operate more effectively at leadership level.Location_// This role is available for candidates based in London or the surrounding areas. It is primarily remote, with the expectation of attending our London office a couple of times per quarter.Responsibilities_Create clarity and momentumPrepare agendas and materials for key forums including Operating Group meetings, Board sessions, and All Hands.Translate discussions into clear actions, owners, and timelines, and ensure follow-through happens.Proactively track progress, follow up with senior stakeholders, and step in to unblock when things stall or ownership is unclear.Shape priorities and project focusManage complex, multi time zone calendars for the CEO and wider Operating Group, balancing competing priorities with sound judgement.Actively shape how executive time is used, focusing on what drives the most impact.Challenge and redirect requests where needed to protect focus and align with company priorities.Support high trust and sensitive workOwn investor-facing activities and support sensitive initiatives, including board preparation and potential M&A work.Ensure materials are clear, accurate, and delivered on time, with strong alignment across contributors.Handle confidential information with care and act as a calm, reliable presence in high-stakes situations.Connect a global teamBuild strong, trusted relationships across teams in the UK and North America.Bridge time zones and communication styles, ensuring decisions and priorities are clearly understood.Help maintain alignment across the Operating Group, reducing friction and keeping work moving forward.Operational excellenceSpot gaps in how the leadership team works and take the lead in improving them.Introduce simple, effective ways to track actions, improve communication, and increase accountability.Support operational needs such as travel and expenses, ensuring they run smoothly without becoming a distraction.About You_Significant experience supporting C level or senior executives in fast paced, global environments.Calm, thoughtful and steady, with the judgement to know when to step forward and when to step back.Strong track record of owning delivery across complex, cross-functional work, driving progress and ensuring outcomes are achieved, not just planned.Comfortable being direct and clear, able to challenge respectfully when priorities conflict.Strong written skills, with the ability to distil complex discussions into clear summaries and actions.Confident working across cultures and time zones, building trust quickly with senior stakeholders.High emotional intelligence and sound judgement, especially in sensitive or high pressure situations.Experienced in handling confidential information with care and discretion.Confident using modern workplace tools such as Google Workspace and Slack, and open to adopting AI based productivity tools to improve efficiency.Some of Our Benefits_25 days of holiday per year plus the option to buy another 5 days pro-ratedPrivate Healthcare via AXA, including pre-existing conditions and mental healthLife InsuranceMenopause supportChoice of workstationAbility to work for up to 3 months per year from any country in the world (certain limitations)Pension schemeTraining allowance of up to £1000 per year£200 annual allowance for any home office need or improvementEnhanced family leave payCycle to work schemeRegular social gatherings with a monthly allowance for each employeeFun and collaborative environment with a focus on making a difference in the worldCareers at Masabi are for people going places - driven by a mission to make transit fair and accessible for all.// We are a network of innovators from all walks of life, passionate about making a difference.
