Ready to take the lead in a high-impact, senior role? We're looking for an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager who is commercially astute, confident with clients, and passionate about delivering exceptional, high-value events.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of bespoke events—leading large freelance teams, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring flawless execution from concept to delivery. You'll balance creativity with commercial performance, maintaining tight margins without compromising on quality.

This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing unique ideas to life, and is excited to work closely with the Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Event Operations Manager
Lead end-to-end delivery of catered events, from planning through to execution
Recruit, schedule, and manage freelance event staff
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
Own event P&Ls, ensuring strong financial control, cost management, and profitability
Collaborate closely with chefs, sales, and venue teams to ensure seamless delivery
Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation, and attention to detail
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and licensing regulations
About You
3+ years' experience in a senior operations or catering management role within events, hospitality, or venues
A natural leader who motivates and inspires teams—while keeping things fun
Strong commercial awareness, with hands-on experience managing budgets and P&Ls
Confident and professional in client-facing environments
Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple events simultaneously
Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required
