We are looking to recruit a Senior ETRM Business Analyst for a leading specialist software organisation operating within the energy and commodities trading sector.This is not a traditional BA role focused purely on sprint delivery. You'll operate at programme and epic level, working closely with trading stakeholders, product teams and technical delivery teams to shape and implement automation strategy across complex ION ETRM environments.This role is client-facing and requires strong domain credibility within Trading Risk Management systems.This is primarily a remote role with travel in to central London when required.The RoleEngage with client stakeholders to understand trading business processes and system landscapesTranslate business requirements into structured artefacts to support automation and implementation strategyOperate across multiple programmes, supporting scoping, planning and strategic rollout initiativesIdentify opportunities to expand automation across ION platformsWork closely with Product, BAs and technical teams to ensure efficient implementationProvide SME guidance across Endur, Findur or Allegro environmentsSupport documentation, knowledge transfer and mentorship of colleaguesAbout YouStrong experience working with ION Trading Risk Management systems such as Endur, Findur or AllegroDeep understanding of ETRM or CTRM processes and trading ecosystemsExperience operating as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Trading SMEComfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholdersExperience scoping and supporting complex implementation or transformation programmesAble to operate across multiple workstreams simultaneouslyThis is an opportunity to join a growing, specialist organisation delivering complex trading technology solutions to major market participants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
