Tendering for New Build Project in a value range between £10m to £100m on D&B Contracts.

Duties:

1. Reviewing drawings, contract documents, design information and other project documentation in order to estimate costs
2. Sending out enquiries for Bills of Quantities
3. Identifying gaps in the information to make allowances
4. Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
5. Use of Conquest software to send out enquiries and analyse returns
6. Answer queries from the BoQs provider
7. Manage an RFI tracker with the clients agents and / or design team members
8. Review of company project benchmark data and keeping benchmark tracker up to date
9. Work within the timescales of the tender period
10. Input into the preconstruction programme maintained by the Preconstruction Manager to help manage preconstruction resources and plan tender opportunities
