Our Client has a requirement for a Senior Civil Engineering Estimator , who will be required to work on a permanent basis in Preston . Role Purpose: Support the successful delivery of tenders across civil engineering projects ranging from £100k to £10m Analyse and interpret project information to develop effective construction and pricing strategies Identify risks and opportunities and incorporate them into competitive tender submissions Lead and coordinate bid activities, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions Contribute to winning work within a strong and growing project pipeline Job Role Responsibilities: Analyse scheme requirements including construction methods, programmes, and management approaches
