We are representing a specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor delivering high-end projects across luxury residential, hotels, and cruise ships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to strengthen their commercial team.

The Role

As Senior Estimator, you will take the lead on pricing high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects, producing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with the wider commercial and pre-construction teams.

Projects typically include:

• Luxury residential developments
• High-end hotels
• Cruise ship interior fit-outs

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Producing accurate take-offs and cost plans
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Identifying value engineering opportunities
• Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process

What Theyre Looking For

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within fit-out or joinery
• Background in interior fit-out, specialist joinery, or high-end finishes
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tenders independently in a remote working environment

Salary & Benefits

• £60,000 £80,000 salary depending on experience

Working Hours

• Monday Thursday: 08:30 17:30
• Friday: 08:30 14:00 (early finish)

Interview Process

• First stage: Microsoft Teams interview
• Face to face interview
• Successful candidates will complete a short induction at the head office before starting the role remotely
