Are you an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator in the fit-out or joinery sector looking for a role that offers genuine, long-term fully remote working ?
We are representing a specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor delivering high-end projects across luxury residential, hotels, and cruise ships . Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to strengthen their commercial team.

The Role
As Senior Estimator, you will take the lead on pricing high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects , producing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with the wider commercial and pre-construction teams.
Projects typically include:
Luxury residential developments
High-end hotels
Cruise ship interior fit-outs
Key responsibilities:
Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Producing accurate take-offs and cost plans
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
Identifying value engineering opportunities
Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process
What Theyre Looking For
Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within fit-out or joinery
Background in interior fit-out, specialist joinery, or high-end finishes
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Ability to manage tenders independently in a remote working environment
Salary & Benefits
£60,000 £80,000 salary depending on experience

Working Hours
Monday Thursday: 08:30 17:30
Friday: 08:30 14:00 (early finish)
Interview Process
First stage: Microsoft Teams interview
Face to face interview
Successful candidates will complete a short induction at the head office before starting the role remotely
