Due to ongoing project growth in the UK, they are urgently seeking a Senior Estimator to join their London-based team.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and record all tender correspondence, ensuring clear documentation and trackingDeliver accurate, on-time proposals and cost estimates for complex civil engineering worksReview tender documentation, providing expert feasibility advice to stakeholdersPrepare and submit tender queries and clarifications to clients and consultantsDevelop detailed bills of quantities and schedules of rates for tender submissionsProduce high-quality, compliant proposals in line with client requirements and specificationsEnsure full adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards in all estimating activitiesAnalyse technical, legal, and financial aspects to recommend competitive and commercially sound strategiesREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience in Estimating within the civil engineering or infrastructure construction sectorsStrong background in main contracting, pricing large-scale infrastructure projectsExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplinesSolid understanding of health & safety regulations and industry compliance requirementsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr
