Are you a Fit Out Estimator with experience looking to join a rapidly growing private regional fit out contractor?Due to expansion, this well respected regional contractor are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to take the lead in the pre construction department of a new division. This is an exciting time to join a business that is looking to double in size over the next 3 years. Reporting in to the Commercial Director, you work on a variety of tenders up to the value of £5m. Typical tenders can be anything from small works of £50k up to £3m. This is across commercial, residential projects such as care homes, maintenance, fire stopping, compliance. They work with several blue‑chip clients and tier 1 contractors along with various government agencies, and housing associations nationally.Responsibilities for Senior EstimatorProduce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.Develop cost estimates for projects, covering labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for Fit‑Out projects.Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.Multitasking several tenders.Requirements for Senior EstimatorRelevant construction related degree or qualification.Experience on projects from £50K - £3m.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with Fitout.Maintain current knowledge of industry pricing, regulations, and best practices.Benefits for an EstimatorNegotiable Base Salary (dependent on experience) up to £65k.Car allowance.Flexible working - hybrid work from home available.Career Growth and industry leading training with clear paths for progression.Work in a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your ideas are heard.Company Pension Scheme. #J-18808-Ljbffr
