As a Senior Estimator you will lead and manage the complete production of tender submissions to the highest possible standard to win work. Assist with the development of a tendering strategy to align with the business strategy for future growth. You will be expected to: Successfully lead the estimate production for your allocated workflow Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the tender process Lead and promote a client focused culture throughout the estimating function Lead and develop junior members of the estimating team Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers The position is hybrid (4/1), with occasional travel to project sites.
