About the Company
The Shore group has been appointed on behalf of a highly respected £80M+ Traditional Fit-Out Main Contractor that is expanding its Estimating team to support sustained and ambitious growth with the critical high of Senior Estimator - Office Fit Out. Our client is a recognised leader in the Commercial Office Fit-Out sector, specialising in the delivery of both CAT A and CAT B projects, with a particular focus on complex cut and carve schemes across London.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:
Experience working for a Commercial Fit-Out Main Contractor, specifically estimating cut and carve commercial office projects valued between £5M and £30M. Proven expertise in cut and carve projects, with a solid understanding of cladding, structural alterations, and M&E packages. Demonstrable experience preparing and leading detailed cost estimates across all construction packages. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and assess multiple packages simultaneously.
