Due to continued growth we have a new opportunity available for a Senior Engineer to join our client one of Europe's leading privately-owned food processors at their site in Doncaster.
Job Title: Senior Engineer Salary: £55,000 Location: Doncaster Hours of Work: Monday-Friday - 07:00 - 16:00 Reporting to: Engineering Management
As the Senior Engineer you will lead and support the Engineering team and possess a strong technical knowledge within the Engineering arena. Reporting to the Engineering Management team you will support and lead on Engineering projects and identity opportunities for development and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical engineer on site Support the Engineering team to quickly respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out repairs to site equipment. Identify and address root causes of recurring failures Support and lead engineering projects, new equipment installations and process improvement projects. Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste, and lower maintenance costs.
