As Senior Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role, supporting delivery while mentoring and guiding junior engineers on site.\n\n Key responsibilities will include:\n \nLeading engineering delivery across your section of works \nManaging and supporting junior engineers \nManagement of specialist subcontractors \nClient meetings \nCoordinating site activities to ensure programme, quality and safety targets are achieved \nChecking and drafting RAMS \nCommercial liaison with QS teams \nWorking closely with site management and technical teams \nContributing to problem-solving and technical decision-making on complex works About You \n\nWe’re seeking a Senior Engineer who thrives in technically demanding environments and enjoys responsibility:\n \nMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar engineering role as senior or section engineer \nExperience working on large Civil Engineering projects with complex RC structures essential \nMarine experience desirable \nExperience in a nuclear or highly regulated environment is advantageous but not essential \nStrong understanding of quality-driven delivery and engineering best practice \nConfident communicator, able to influence teams on site \nEducated to HNC / HND level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline \nAble to achieve SC Security Clearance What’s In It for You?
