An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Engineer (Electrical and Electronics) to join our client's engineering team and provide technical knowledge and expertise for new and existing assets and associated equipment, to support crews and coastal operations.
Your Role
As a Senior Engineer (Electrical and Electronics), you will focus on the following areas:
Supporting the integration, testing, and roll-out of new assets and equipment, ensuring all work is based on cost, risk, and performance. Ensuring that the design and integration of assets, equipment, and procedures are developed in accordance with Engineering Processes and Standards. Undertaking technical investigations, troubleshooting, trials, and analysis of data at lifeboat stations, boatyards, and contractors' premises. Creating CAD models, design calculations, engineering drawings, and specifications. Working within delivery and project teams, ensuring tasks are completed to agreed timescales. Coordinating and participating in research and development projects as required.
