Job Title: Senior Engineer – Combat Systems Installation & Commissioning Location: Scotstoun. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Circa £ 52,000 (dependant on skills and experience) What you’ll be doing: • Maintaining effective partnerships with a wide variety of Internal and External stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal multi-disciplinary teams • Overseeing installation of Shared Infrastructure related equipment on board ship • Supporting Installation Inspections, Harbour and Sea Trials where required • Supporting Integration Test & Trials activities involving Shared Infrastructure • Providing a technical leadership role for elements of the Shared Infrastructure Hardware • Act as Approved Person to start up / shut down equipment under your area of responsibility • Management of defects and Observation Reports • Understanding the need to capture and maintain data generated for use by the project and the tools and techniques used to do so • Accepting responsibility for and demonstrating a visible commitment to SHE and Quality Your skills and experiences: Essential: • Experience of Shared Infr...
