An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Energy Solicitor , or a Commercial / Regulatory Solicitor with strong exposure to the energy sector, to join a highly respected international law firm. This is a chance to become part of a market-leading Energy team working on some of the most significant and high-profile projects in the UK and beyond.
The firm’s Energy team advises across a broad range of regional and national projects , including:
Utility-scale solar, onshore wind, and battery storage developments Combined generation and storage schemes Large-scale public and private renewable projects Bespoke clean energy and infrastructure initiatives You’ll advise clients on the commercial and regulatory aspects of energy work, including: Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and other route-to-market contracts Grid connections and procurement Regulatory frameworks and compliance Operational and energy services agreements Corporate support for clean energy and infrastructure investments
You’ll also have scope to get involved in wider commercial work within the energy sector, supporting a diverse client base of developers, investors, and utilities.
