Senior Energy Consultant - Commercial Buildings - Shrewsbury - Hybrid. Salary to £55k Working for a successful, sustainability-driven MEPH consultancy. They specialise in designing and managing technical engineering solutions for the built environment, serving a blue-chip portfolio They prioritise a 'software first' approach, combining applied building physics and digitalisation with traditional MEP consultancy to optimise asset performance. This is a hybrid role (depending on the candidate's location), requiring UK-wide travel and periodic attendance at their head office in Shrewsbury Delivery of Commercial Energy Performance Certificates using IES dynamic simulation modelling software. Supporting the delivery of energy audits to BS EN 16247. Work with the team to develop real building lifecycle and upgrade strategies contributing to improved energy performance. The delivery of energy efficiency to clients to reduce operational costs and improve building asset ratings. Strategic and tactical input to the development of new products and services You will have the following: Minimum of five years industry experience. Strong knowledge of building services.
