* Advise on all aspects of employment law - both contentious and non-contentious - including TUPE, redundancy, contracts, dismissals, discrimination, and tribunal claims. * Manage a varied caseload across a diverse client base, including SMEs, corporates, and senior executives. * Take a hands-on role in client development and mentoring junior colleagues. * Support the growth and strategy of the wider employment team. About You
