This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a close-knit, high-performing practice, known for delivering top-tier employment advice to a carefully selected client base. The firm is recognised for its partner-led approach, strong client relationships, and expertise across complex and high-value employment matters.

Due to continued growth and an increase in instructions, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious employment specialist to support its expanding and sophisticated caseload.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, advising a prestigious mix of corporate clients, senior executives, and high-net-worth individuals.

  • Employment law support on corporate transactions
  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
  • Redundancy programmes and organisational restructuring
  • Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
  • Senior executive exits and negotiations
  • Day-to-day advisory work on complex and sensitive employment issues

You will benefit from direct client exposure, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives, as well as mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements

Applications are invited from high-calibre Employment Solicitors who can demonstrate:

  • Significant post-qualification experience in employment law
  • A background gained at a reputable City, international, or specialist boutique firm
  • Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ambition to play a key role in a growing firm

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to join a dynamic boutique firm that combines high-quality work with a more agile, entrepreneurial environment. You will benefit from closer partner interaction, greater autonomy, and clear, merit-based progression opportunities.

The firm offers a highly competitive salary, alongside a comprehensive benefits package and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
