Senior Employee Relations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a dynamic People Team and help shape a culture of trust, integrity, and high performance. This is a key role focused on enabling a positive employee experience and supporting organisational excellence. You'll be part of a respected and collaborative HR team, working closely with HR Business Partners and Advisors, while leading and developing one direct report. Your expertise will guide the resolution of complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair outcomes and minimising risk. You'll advise on a wide range of issues including grievances, disciplinaries, performance, absence, and workplace concerns. You'll also support organisational change initiatives such as restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers. This role suits someone with a strong background in employment law or employee relations, ideally within a regulated environment such as legal or financial services. You'll be confident in coaching senior stakeholders, managing investigations, and interpreting employment legislation. Key skills include: Deep knowledge of UK employment law and case management Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills Experience in regulated environments (desirable) Ability to manage multiple complex cases Proficiency in HR analytics and Microsoft Office You'll contribute to strategic projects, policy development, and data-driven decision-making, while championing psychological safety and ethical standards.
