HR Advisor (Hybrid - 80% Remote)Location: Bradford Contract: Full-time preferred, part-time considered Start date and Duration: Role to commence in April and currently to run until July 2026 (potential to extend)
Your New Company We are partnering with a large, forward‑thinking organisation undergoing a significant restructure. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide robust generalist support across a wide range of people-related workstreams to support "business as usual" HR matters during this period. Your New Role As a senior HR Advisor/HRBP, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality HR support in a fast‑paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing advice and guidance across generalist HR matters Supporting managers with absence management, employee relations cases, and policy application Leading or contributing to project-based HR work, delivering defined outcomes Supporting organisational change activities, including restructures and consultation processes Adapting to evolving priorities and contributing flexibly to emerging work demandsThis is an excellent opportunity to use your HR expertise to make an immediate impact across a dynamic and evolving organisation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:
Strong experience across generalist HR activities Possess CIPD level 5 Confident handling of absence, ER cases, and case management Ability to deliver outcomes through HR project work Experience supporting organisational change programmes (desirable) Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work at paceWorking ArrangementsThis role offers significant flexibility with 80% hybrid working. The nearest office base is Bradford, with occasional on‑site presence required for business needs.We welcome applications for full‑time hours but are also open to part‑time working arrangements (min. 3 days per week).
