This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging, high-profile projects across consumer, transport, medical, and industrial sectors, where your work will make it from concept to market and make a real impact on people's lives.\n\nYou'll collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams alongside designers, mechanical engineers, software developers, and other specialists, bringing your electronics expertise to create innovative, market-leading products.\n\nThis job is a chance to work on products that matter, in a team that values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.\n\nThe Role of a Senior Electronics Engineer:\n\nLead the development of specifications and test documents for electronic and electromechanical products.\nCreate architectural designs, including hardware/software partitioning.\nConduct feasibility studies and evaluate emerging technologies.\nDesign analogue and digital electronic circuits and oversee PCB layout and production.\nProvide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams.\nManage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and budget targets.Education and Experience required for this Senior Electronics Engineer role:\n\nA first or upper second class electronic engineering honours degree from a well-established university with a strong electronics reputation (or equivalent qualification).\nMinimum 3 years in hardware design engineering.\nExperience in analogue and digital circuit design.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organisational abilities.\nThe confidence to liaise directly with clients and suppliers.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive under deadlines. Benefits for this Senior Electronics Engineering role:\n\nSalary £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.\nPaid overtime and annual discretionary profit-related bonus.\nFixed holiday bonuses\n22 days holiday + additional long-service days (up to 32 total).\n37-hour working week with half-day Fridays.\nContributory pension scheme.\nSubsidised sports activities, social events, and cycle-to-work scheme.\nPaid parking permit
