Senior Electrical Project Manager - D&B Office Fit Out Projects (Up to £10M M&E Value) £80,000 - £100,000 + Travel Paid + Health Insurance Oxford We're working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor delivering high-spec Design & Build office fit-out projects, typically with M&E values of up to £10 million. They're now looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of large-scale schemes, working with Tier 1 main contractors and leading delivery on site. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact, client-facing role, where your leadership, energy, and interpersonal skills will be just as important as your technical knowledge. You'll be supported by a Project Director who oversees the wider division and visits site on a fortnightly basis — leaving you with autonomy to lead confidently.
The Role: Take the lead on complex D&B fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover Coordinate electrical and wider MEP works across the site, managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with design, programme, and quality expectations Act as the key client contact on site — building trust, credibility, and long-term relationships Champion safety, efficiency, and communication at all stages of the project lifecycle Drive project outcomes with a proactive, solutions-led approach...
