: Senior Electrical Project Engineer \n : Up to £90,000 plus package\n : Central London or West London \n \n :\n I'm currently working with an industry leading Building Services Contractor renowned for delivering some of the largest most prestigious and technically complex engineering solutions in the UK. \n \n I'm looking to speak to individuals who have over 5 years of experience as a Senior/ Project Engineer or have come from a Project Engineering background who have proven experience leading projects upwards of £40 million MEP from inception till completion. This individual will also need to be client facing and has the desire to progress into Project Management with the future prospect of leading projects upwards of £100 million MEP.\n\nLead the electrical delivery of large-scale MEP projects (£40m+), ensuring all works are completed to specification, programme and budget.\nOversee design development, technical reviews and coordination with internal engineering teams, consultants, and specialist subcontractors.\nManage project planning activities including procurement schedules, technical submittals, risk assessments and method statements.\nAct as the primary client-facing representative for electrical services, attending progress meetings, presenting updates, and building strong long-term relationships.\nDrive compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company quality processes across all project stages.\nMonitor installation progress, resolve on-site engineering challenges, and proactively identify opportunities for programme improvement.\nCollaborate closely with commercial teams to support cost control, variations, and value engineering initiatives.\nLead testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure seamless project completion.\nMentor Junior and Project Engineers, supporting their technical development and career progression.\nContribute to project reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews for senior leadership.\nDemonstrate ambition and capability to progress into a Project Manager role, with exposure to £100m+ flagship schemes
