As they continue to grow, they are looking to add an experienced Electrical Estimator to the commercial team.\n\nThe Role:\n You'll be responsible for preparing competitive and compliant electrical tenders on projects typically ranging from £5m to £30m, across both residential and commercial sectors. You will work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure our bids are accurate, timely, and commercially viable.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPrepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for medium to large-scale projects\n\nAnalyse drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare costs\n\nLiaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners\n\nValue engineering and buildability input to optimise cost and delivery\n\nAttend pre- and post-tender meetings as required\n\nWork collaboratively with the mechanical estimating and commercial teams\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E contracting sector\n\nTrack record of estimating projects £5m+ in value\n\nStrong technical understanding of electrical systems in both residential and commercial environments\n\nExcellent commercial acumen and attention to detail\n\nFamiliarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office suite\n\nAbility to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines\n\nWhat's On Offer:\n\nBasic salary of £75,000 - £80,000, depending on experience\n\nCompetitive package including car allowance, pension, healthcare, and performance-related bonus\n\nOpportunity to work on high-profile projects with a progressive and supportive team\n\nCareer progression in a forward-thinking and expanding company
