About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join a well-established M&E contractor based in Bracknell. You will take a key position within the pre-construction team—working closely with the Estimating Manager, Project Managers, and commercial leadership to produce accurate, competitive cost estimates across electrical building services projects.

This senior role requires a strong technical background, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to lead tender processes from initial enquiry through to final submission.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed, accurate electrical cost estimates using Excel and digital take-off/estimating tools.

Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schematics, and technical documents to fully understand project scope.

Lead tender and bid processes—compile documentation, manage submissions, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplier rates, material costs, electrical plant, and market pricing.
