We’re working with a contractor delivering complex electrical packages across commercial and infrastructure projects. They’re not looking for someone to just “price drawings” They want someone who can take ownership of tenders and drive them through properly.

They’re prepared to pay strong money for the right person.

But this is a results-driven environment, they expect someone senior who can deliver.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading electrical tenders from enquiry through to submission
• Interpreting drawings, specs and building out full pricing
• Identifying risk, opportunity and value engineering options
• Engaging supply chain and shaping competitive submissions
• Playing a key role in how work is actually won

What they’re looking for:

• Proven background in electrical estimating within an M&E / engineering contractor
• Experience pricing complex or high-value projects
• Commercially sharp – understands margin, risk and strategy
• Comfortable working autonomously and being accountable

This isn’t a role where you’ll be micromanaged.

It’s for someone who wants ownership, responsibility and the chance to earn properly for it.
